Agreement And Eligibility

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and QuoteAmigo. By accessing or using QuoteAmigo, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. If you use QuoteAmigo for a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that company.

The QuoteAmigo Service

QuoteAmigo is a contractor workflow that can organize property information and dimensions, job descriptions, quotes, customer approvals, appointments, payment requests, and reminders through the website and WhatsApp. Features may vary by address, market, trade, account, and service availability.

Accounts And Accurate Information

You are responsible for providing accurate account, contact, trade, service-area, customer, property, job, and payment-request information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for protecting access to your devices and messages. Notify QuoteAmigo promptly if you believe your account or conversation has been used without authorization.

Property Information And Dimensions

Property information and dimensions may be based on public records, appraisal-district or assessor sources, address and mapping services, user input, and QuoteAmigo models. They are provided as a starting point for professional review and are not a survey, appraisal, inspection, engineering report, architectural plan, or guarantee of field conditions.

Renovations, additions, site conditions, access, product requirements, waste, trim, preparation, and other job details can change the final quantity and price. The professional is responsible for reviewing the property and job information and confirming the final scope, measurements, quantities, price, schedule, and contract with the customer.

Quotes, Customers, And Professional Responsibilities

QuoteAmigo can help prepare, send, and track a quote, but the professional—not QuoteAmigo—offers and performs the work. The professional is responsible for prices, taxes, licenses, permits, insurance, warranties, customer disclosures, refunds, job quality, safety, and compliance with applicable law. A QuoteAmigo preview or draft is not binding until the professional and customer agree to the applicable terms.

WhatsApp Communications

WhatsApp and Meta provide the third-party messaging services used by QuoteAmigo. Their terms and policies also apply. You must not use QuoteAmigo to send spam or deceptive, unlawful, harassing, discriminatory, or unexpected messages.

Before QuoteAmigo sends a business-initiated WhatsApp message to a customer on your behalf, you are responsible for having the customer’s mobile number, obtaining any required opt-in, accurately describing the message categories the customer will receive, and honoring all requests to stop or limit messages. QuoteAmigo may use approved message templates when required by WhatsApp and may limit messaging to protect users or comply with WhatsApp rules.

A person may ask QuoteAmigo to stop messages at any time. Automated conversations must preserve a clear path to human support.

Payments

QuoteAmigo may help a professional communicate a payment request and display the professional’s selected Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, or cash instructions. QuoteAmigo does not process, hold, transfer, or verify payments and is not a bank, escrow agent, or party to the professional’s underlying customer contract. The professional confirms receipt and remains responsible for amounts, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, disputes, and lawful fulfillment of the work. Any external payment service is governed by its own terms and privacy policy.

Acceptable Use

• Do not violate law, another person’s rights, WhatsApp or Meta policies, or payment-provider rules.
• Do not impersonate another person or business or misrepresent your affiliation, services, qualifications, prices, or property information.
• Do not upload malware, interfere with the service, bypass security controls, scrape the service, probe accounts, or access data without authorization.
• Do not send sensitive identifiers such as full payment-card numbers, financial-account numbers, government identification numbers, or protected health information through QuoteAmigo or WhatsApp.
• Do not use QuoteAmigo for prohibited, regulated, fraudulent, dangerous, or exploitative goods, services, or conduct.

Ownership And Feedback

QuoteAmigo and its software, design, content, trademarks, and technology are owned by QuoteAmigo or its licensors. These terms give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service as intended. You retain rights in content you provide and grant QuoteAmigo the rights reasonably needed to host, process, transmit, display, and use that content to provide and improve the service.

Third-Party Services

QuoteAmigo may depend on WhatsApp, Meta, address and mapping providers, public-record sources, payment providers, hosting providers, and other third-party services. QuoteAmigo does not control their availability, data, terms, or actions and is not responsible for a third-party service. WhatsApp and Meta are not parties to this agreement and do not sponsor or endorse QuoteAmigo.

Availability, Disclaimers, And Liability

QuoteAmigo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuoteAmigo disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the service, property information, dimensions, quote, delivery, payment, or third-party service will be uninterrupted, error-free, exact, or suitable for a particular job.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuoteAmigo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, job-site conditions, customer disputes, payment disputes, or professional work. Any liability that cannot be excluded will be limited to the amount you paid QuoteAmigo for the service giving rise to the claim during the six months before the event, or $100 if you paid nothing.

Suspension, Termination, And Changes

You may stop using QuoteAmigo at any time. QuoteAmigo may limit, suspend, or end access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or third parties; enforce these terms; address nonpayment; comply with law or provider rules; or respond to misuse. We may update the service or these terms. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them.
